have moderate learning difficulties. It also has an off-site unit
for pupils aged 7-11 who have emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Strathmore School is a community special school for pupils
aged between 7-19 who have severe, profound and multiple learning difficulties.
Strathmore is a day special school for learners with complex learning difficulties. Manypupils have an additional diagnosis
of Autistic Spectrum Disorders or have additional physicaland sensory disabilities. Pupils come from all parts of the borough (Richmond upon Thames)
and from neighbouringboroughs.Strathmore School works closely with our colleagues from Health and Social Care to ensure that ourlearners receive all the support and challenge they need to achieve.
All pupils have an individual learning programme that details what and how they are learning, including input from Speech and Language, Occupational,
Physio and Music Therapy.Strathmore School also have a Play Therapist in school. The after school club is an outstanding success with ourlearners and our Family Support
Worker provides invaluable support and information to ourfamilies.Strathmore School have very high aspirations for all of learners and high expectations as well.
