If you plan to buy in Leominster- you’re in luck, as Leominster South takes second place with a median sale price of £191,000.
In Hereford, the cheapest area to buy is in the South West, with an average price of £198,500.
The most expensive area of the city to buy a home has been revealed as Hereford West, with a price of £250,000.
