More details released about Herefordshire Boxing Day hunt meet
Several Boxing Day hunt meets will be taking place across Herefordshire on December 26.
And now Ross Harriers has confirmed more details of it’s Ross-on-Wye meet.

A spokesperson for the hunt said the Ross Harriers will be meeting in Ross-on-Wye on December 26, and that the hunt will be passing the Market House in the town at 12 midday for anyone who wishes to see it.
The spokesperson said the Ross Harriers hunts “stringently within the law” and invited anyone with concerns to follow the hunt for the day to see how trail laying works.
Elsewhere in the county, a number of road closures have been issued for other Boxing Day hunt meets.
Boxing Day hunt road closures
Here are all the road closures for this year’s Herefordshire Boxing Day hunt meets.
Ledbury Boxing Day hunt meet
High Street and New Street, between the junction with Top Cross and the junction with Market Street, will be closed from 10.15am to 11.15am for the Ledbury Boxing Day hunt meet on December 26.
Leominster Boxing Day hunt meet
This year, the Hereford and Clifton Boxing Day hunt meet will take place in Leominster.

Corn Square will be closed from 8am to 12pm on December 26 to allow for the hunt to meet.
Kington Boxing Day hunt meet
The Radnor and West Hereford hunt meet will be taking place in Kington on Boxing Day.
The town’s Mill Street, between High Street and Crabtree Road, will be closed from 10.30am to 11.45am on December 26.
