Kidderminster gym unveils new £350K refurbishment
Located on Stourport Road, the gym’s latest extensive renovation includes all new equipment, featuring “top-of-the-line” professional equipment from Hammer Strength, designed to enhance every workout experience for both seasoned athletes and fitness newcomers alike.

The refurbishment also boasts the addition of a dedicated Hyrox Zone, a first-of-its-kind in the area, providing a unique space for those looking to challenge themselves with high-intensity functional fitness training. This new zone is designed for members interested in preparing for the popular Hyrox fitness competition, offering a specialised area to perfect their endurance and strength.
