The demonstration will show solidarity and support for the farming community following the National Farmers’ Union’s (NFU) criticisms of this year’s autumn budget.
It will take place on November 19 at 11am at the Ross Auction Centre in Ross-on-Wye.
On the same day, farmer and grower members of the NFU will meet with their MPs in parliament in a mass lobby, urging them to ask the chancellor to reconsider changes to inheritance tax.
Although the NFU has not organised other events itself, it says it supports members and farmers who wish to attend rallies.

NFU president Tom Bradshaw said: “Please don’t miss the opportunity to engage with your MP, because they are the ones that ultimately have to get the government to take a different stance. We’re working in a coordinated fashion and I really look forward to seeing you on November 19.”
The Herefordshire rally is designed for those who want to support the lobby, but cannot make it to London.
Explaining the reasons for the mass lobby being held, the NFU website says: “The decision to change agriculture property relief and business property relief must be overturned. The shock and anger among members has been acute. And it’s been heard.”
