Changes coming for Herefordshire bin collections ahead of Christmas
This year, as with previous years, bins due to be collected on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day, will be collected on another date, to allow crew members to get some “festive rest”.
When will my bin be collected?
Replacement dates for bin collections are as follows:
Wednesday, December 25 (Christmas Day): bins will be collected on Saturday, December 28.
Thursday, December 26 (Boxing Day): bins will be collected on Sunday, December 29.
Wednesday, January 1 (New Year’s Day): bins will be collected on Saturday, January 4.
All other collections remain the same during the festive period.
Herefordshire council have asked residents to put out their bins by 6.30am, as collections may be earlier than usual over the holiday period.
