Abusive attacker sexually assaulted woman in Hereford

Adrian Maciaszek entered guilty pleas to one count of using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm, or distress, and two counts of sexual assault on a female when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford in July.

The court heard from prosecutor Mark Hambling that the 35-year-old had used threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a woman harassment, alarm, or distress in Hereford on July 31 last year.

OTHER NEWS:

He had also sexually touched a woman aged 16 or over without her consent and when he did not reasonably believe that she was consenting, on July 30 and July 31 last year, magistrates were told.

The cause was adjourned for a pre-sentencing report to be carried out by the probation service and Maciaszek, of Clifton Road, Weston-Super-Mare, was released on unconditional bail.

He will appear before magistrates in Hereford next for sentencing on August 7.
