Gary Shaw appeared before magistrates in Hereford for sentencing in May after entering guilty pleas to two counts of criminal damage to property valued under £5,000, one count of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress, and one count of assault by beating at an earlier hearing.
The court heard from prosecutor Paul John that the 39-year-old had carried out the string of offences in Kington on June 19 last year. He caused harassment, alarm or distress to a police officer, attacked a man by beating him, and caused damage to a car and a door.
